Curriculum Development
1 Person investing $1,000 per month
Provide for the development of media content to add relevance and connectivity to our leadership development curriculum.
The Learning L.A.B.
8 People investing $300 per month
Provide for the necessary staffing, technology and supplies for our Learning L.A.B. This program uses an e-learning platform to focus on supporting English-language learners.
1-on-1 Mentoring Program
12 People investing $100 per month
Allow for weekly connections between Mentor Leaders and Apprentices, and monthly staff-led team gatherings with Mentor Leaders and Apprentices, by providing the essential staffing, meals and discipleship materials.
Bridge Events
20 People investing $25 per month
Provide for programming that connects our staff and volunteers with children not yet committed to the 7&7 Mentoring Program, including: weekly after-school Girls Club, bi-monthly Sports Nights and periodic family events.
Leadership Conferences
8 People investing $500 per month
Provide for un-fathered and at-risk youth to attend three overnight weekend leadership conferences throughout the school year (fall, winter, spring), and one five-day overnight leadership conference in July. Also includes a JCLC staff development weekend retreat.
Mother Support
10 People investing $200 per month
Provide for staffing and development of our mother support programming, which includes: a one-day mother’s conference, 1-on-1 Mentoring Program parenting classes and on-going mentoring for mothers.
Mentor Leader Development
18 People investing $50 per month
Provide for focused development of our Mentor Leaders, the key leaders in JCLC’s 7&7 Mentoring Model, which includes: discipleship materials, 1-on-1 meetings with JCLC staff, communications and regular training workshops centered around a family-style meal.
